    • 2 hours of conference rooms per month. Hours can be divided up as needed. No carry over for unused hours. Additional conference room/workstation bookings are at 50% discount of public rates, upon availability.

Our event space operations and property management services offer nonprofits access to affordable, well-maintained and professionally managed facilities in the Las Vegas community. We are committed to renting spaces to nonprofits at below-market rates which will generate dollars in savings for nonprofits in the community.

    *Valid 501(c)(3) declaration from the IRS is required to be submitted to Co-Operate Coworking prior to the event. This discount does not apply to other 501(c) categories or any event for which an admission fee is charged.
